Faculty of Media Art

The presented works of students of the Faculty of Media Arts reflect, on the one hand, the multitude of media used by young artists, and on the other hand, the polyphonic nature of contemporary culture and its fluctuations.
The individual studios of our faculty, from which the presented works originate, are open to teamwork and constitute a complete curriculum, and the projects reveal various contexts and views of a work of art: its transience and processuality. It operates both in a material and non-material form, combining various forms of an artistic object. It applies to the physical reality as well as to the entire cultural background in which contemporary man is present in their spirituality and corporeality.
The challenges of modern civilization, in which modern means of communication, also digital ones, play an important role, pose special tasks to our faculty. It is one of the main landmarks of our curriculum.
